I am a Senior engineering student and Pitcher on the Varsity Baseball Team at Cornell University. I am constantly surrounded by individuals both in the classroom and on the field with diverse backgrounds and learning styles. Thus, through my college experience I have learned how to communicate with anyone, and my tutoring experience has sharpened by ability to explain concepts to students in a way that makes sense to the individual. In addition, I strive to make tough concepts relatable and understandable instead of intimidating. I believe that my knowledge of the subject matter, experience working with others, and desire to help students younger than myself makes me a good fit for students looking to gain more knowledge about a particular STEM subject.
