My name is Christopher and I am a recent college Graduate with a Masters in Spanish and English Translation and interpretation. Foreign languages have ALWAYS been a passion of mine and I enjoy imparting my knowledge of foreign languages and cultures on to interested students. In the past, in addition to Spanish, I have also studied Italian and obtained an undergraduate minor in French as well. No one is ever too old to learn a new language, all they need is an interest in learning and the information will be soaked up like a sponge. In addition to my years of experience with the Spanish language, I also worked at a private school for over 9 years and as a substitute teacher in a local public school. The students that I taught and tutored were between the ages of 3-11. I try to make learning fun and know that every student is not the same, nor do they learn the same. My teaching method is very interactive and I love making games or age appropriate materials that will best suit the acquisition of another language for my students.
I have been studying Spanish since middle school and received my Masters in Spanish and English translation and interpretation. My specialty and main interest with Spanish is the varieties of dialects and accents that range between Spanish speakers from different Spanish speaking countries. Throughout my coursework of studying Spanish for over 15 years I learned about an infinite number of resources to aid in vocabulary and grammar learning for Spanish students. I have worked on interpretations and translations in both English and Spanish on subjects varying from Law, Medicine and even Financial matters. In addition to studying Spanish, I have over 9 years experience working as a teachers aid for students ranging from age 3-11.
