Positioned to deliver quality service, improve teaching standards, and promotes excellence.
My pride is in seeing students succeed in their studies. I go any length to help the student succeed because I learned the "hard way".
I have a diverse background culturally and professionally. I was born and raised in West Africa, Ghana, where only 1% of students that I started elementary school ended up in college. I successfully made it to the Masters level in the topmost Science and Technology college. I had BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Mathematics respectively. Started teaching Maths and Physics right after my senior high school education. Through my college years and after, I was still teaching Maths.
My passion for teaching is so strong that even whilst practising as an Engineer, I was still teaching unofficially. I facilitated a lot of training programs that cut across different ages, academic backgrounds, cultures, industries and many more.
I relocated to the United States of America and added another Masters degree, this time round in Systems Engineering to my list. At the professional level, I am a certified Project Manager as well as Six Sigma green belt certified.
My career diversity cuts across Engineering, Agriculture, Consultancy, Energy, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, etc. I currently practise as a Continuous Improvements Specialist.
On a very personal note, I am married with two beautiful daughters and a son that I love exploring the trails of Colorado Mountains with. I love spending my spare time in my garage working on cars.
