I am currently a graduate student at the Lynch School of Education at Boston College. I am currenly a high school math and history teacher. I have my bacholor's degree in middle school education with a focus on math and history. I am passionate about helping students because being a classroom teaching I see students who benefit from more individual approach to learning and supplementing what they learn in the classroom is something I am excited to provide for more students. I have been the classroom teaching in a 9th grade algebra 1 class, a 10th grade geometry teacher, 0th grade world history teacher, 5th grade math teacher, and an 8th grade American history teacher. With this experience I can provide your students with the skills they will not only need for the current class they are in but future classes as well. I am avliable to tutor elemetary and middle school math along with Algebra 1 and Geometry. My favorite subject to tutor is middle school math because I feel it is the most fundamental math to learn and it is also very fun to teacher students middle school math because of the many fun activities that can be used to teach it. My tutoring style would be having fun while learning the material. Students are not usually extra excited to be working on school work outside of school so engaging the students and showing them learning can be fun is my main goal in my tutoring sessions. I am excited to get to work with you.
