I am a graduate of Millersville University and the University of South Florida I received my Bachelor of Science in Meteorology and my Bachelor of Science in Ocean Science and Coastal Studies with a focus on Physical Oceanography from Millersville University. I received my Master of Science from University of South Florida in Marine Science with a focus in Interdisciplinary Science, Meteorology, and Physical Oceanography. While at Millersville University, I tutored a variety of subjects including Meteorology, Oceanography, Chemistry, Physics, and Earth Science. Additionally, while attending the University of South Florida, I took two courses towards a Marine Science Teaching Certificate program where I observed and taught science lessons in K-12 settings. The other course helped me develop and teach a course at the undergraduate level. While I tutor a broad range of subjects (Earth Science, elementary science, science, middle school science, marine biology, GED science, GED, and test prep), I am most passionate about earth science and elementary/middle school science since my background is extensively in meteorology and oceanography. I believe in furthering students education and interest in science. I try to get al of my students interested and excited about science. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs/friends/family/ and my boyfriend, the beach, kayaking, sports, and country music.
