I am a soon to be graduate medical student in April that has completed a bachelor's degree in biology as well as minor in forensic science as well as chemistry at Western New England University where I also played football. I have done some work in graduate school at New York Medical College but did not finish as I was accepted into medical school halfway through the program at American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. I am currently an entering 3rd year medical student after finishing my first set of boards in order to become a physician. Through my years of higher education, I have tutored students of all ages from middle school to college in various subjects ranging from calculus to various science courses.
I do have a vast range of methods I use to tutor as I find every student is different and the requires adjustments in order to tailor the teachings to how it would be best for the student to absorb the material. Methods I use include but not limited to using youtube videos, having the student talk back what they understand and explain various topics to the best of their ability after a lesson, quizzes, and using objects to demonstrate material.
I am looking forward to sharing the knowledge I have gained through the years with others.
