My love of working with children started when I began working as a camp counselor at the age of 16. At the time I couldn’t imagine how anyone could not enjoy being around kids. I have worked with children in some capacity for most of my life. In addition to being a camp counselor I have worked as a pre-school teacher, a school occupational therapist, a religious school instructor, a special educator and a 1 on 1 aid for students with autism spectrum disorders. My raising my 2 children has been my most meaningful experience. My professional training includes a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and a Master of Arts in Teaching Elementary Special Education.
