Even broken crayons can color. I believe that anyone can be
taught. The key to being a successful tutor you must be patient and listen to your student. Sometimes you have to ask questions, but the more you know, the better the experience for the student and the teacher.

Q & A
What is your teaching philosophy?
Introduce myself, tell them a bit about me, and then have them do the same. Ask them what they think their weaknesses are and let them know that together as a team, we will find a solution and that they are not alone. I'd go over the syllabus and some subject material. I would also like to see how much they know about the subject, so I would probably give them a practice test.
