I'm a graduate student at San Francisco State University studying critical medical anthropology. My special interest is helping students from a wide range of age groups/grade levels with their reading and writing challenges across disciplines. My undergraduate studies, experience as a reading/writing tutor at the Learning Assistance Center (SFSU), and recent graduate level research, critical thinking, and writing skills provide an academic foundation conducive to helping others understand their subject area and encourage students to find their voice.
