I was working as a Teaching Assistant and graduated on December 2016. I have completed my MS in Mathematics and Statistics. I also completed my MS in pure Math .Now I am working as a temporary faculty. I am very much interested in teaching students and motivating them to achieve their goal. I have been working as a TA for two and half years at UNR and was working as a tutor in Mathlab at University of North Texas for one year. I also taught more than two years for undergraduate level. I am always energetic, polite, hard working and honest towards my profession. I love helping students and feel proud on their achievement. I like playing football,Tennis, volleyball and listening music.

What is your teaching philosophy?
I believe that teacher is the second parents of the student who guide them to their destination and career. So my desire as a tutor is to help students meet their fullest potential in these area by providing a conducive learning environment. Teacher should act as a guide and promote with a respect. I always love and respect any of my students. I hear their voice and create a suitable environment so that they feel free to express themselves. I am compassionate, strong, and dedicated individual who is always excited and eager to work with students. I always strive to be the best educator.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
Be calm, patient, and listen to their problem. I always listen and understand what exactly they need and provide my opinion or solution in a vivid way.

I will always motivate them and build their confidence by providing relevant examples and problems.

Provide them an environment and examples so that they feel comfortable and try to get the subject.

Ask them if they got the point or not. Also, ask similar questions.
How do you build a student's confidence in a subject?
Provide them a clear concept by illustrating to them a lot of similar examples. Also, begin from a very basic concept.

I evaluate a student's needs in a positive way. I evaluate on the basis of their understanding and throwing them some questions.

It depends on students. I adapt on the basis of their knowledge and level.
