What is your teaching philosophy?
Involve the student! In my opinion, the only way to learn is to do. As a teacher, I try not to dictate proper methods and answers, but to assist the student's thought process by asking guiding questions. Though it may be a quick and easy way of getting through a subject, telling students the right answer is not helpful. In order to learn, they must come to that answer themselves by critically analyzing the problem.
