I am really interested in tutoring because i truly understand what difference a tutor can make in a students academic success being in both shoes .
Working as a tutor I learned how to effectively communicating knowledge to students in a seamless and enjoyable manner.
I graduated college with an MSc in Electrical Engineering and I have a lot of experience tutoring in college.
Tutoring in college, I worked with various years from high school, freshmen all the way to graduate students.

What is your teaching philosophy?
Teaching should be more of a communication and discussion, rather than a one-sided affair.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
Get to know the student and the student's hobbies, which can help in relating some info.
How can you help a student become an independent learner?
By encouraging the student to solve more problems and teaching the student the much-needed problem solving skill.
How would you help a student stay motivated?
I would help them stay motivated by ensuring learning is a fun and enjoyable process.
If a student has difficulty learning a skill or concept, what would you do?
I will ask the student to tell me the concept he/she knows, find a way to relate that to the concept he wants to learn, and slowly build that way.
