My name is Tasha Iglesias and I have a BA in Women's Studies and Liberal Studies from California State University San Marcos, and a MA in Sociology from San Diego State University.
I am currently a doctoral student in the Educational Leadership program at California State University Long Beach and am studying how "Hip Hop can be used to increase retention and graduation rates for at-risk High School students."
I have over six years of experience in teaching Women's Studies and Sociology at the Higher Education level.
Teaching and empowering students is my ultimate passion. I would love an opportunity to help you succeed academically. Learning should be fun, and I want each student I work with to find the value in education.
