I have been a TA for several semesters in grad school for physics, during which time I managed to obtain an MS. I have experience helping students in both individual and group settings in various physics courses. I have been interested in math and science for as long as I can remember and am interested in showing students early in their college careers and even some older physics students what physics is really like and possibly even getting them interested in some of the research that's going on right now.
My MS project involved studying matter effects on neutrino oscillations. I would like to one day go back and finish my PhD in particle physics.
Outside of physics, I enjoy hiking and biking, as well as reading and chess.
