After graduating UCSD, I taught English for a year as a volunteer in a small village in Costa Rica, and went on to get a Masters degree in International Development with Latin America. After 12 years in this field, I started an art business, opened a store in Kingston NY, and taught business classes to artists and entrepreneurs. I recently relocated to San Diego, where I continue to run my business from home and at local farmers markets. My schedule is flexible and I would love to continue teaching. I enjoy finding creative and fun ways to help students learn and improve their knowledge.
