Q & A
What is your teaching philosophy?
I believe that teaching should be catered to the individual needs of each student.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
I would assess where a student has strengths and weaknesses. I would also determine how to play on the strengths and help improve on areas of weaknesses.
How can you help a student become an independent learner?
It is important to give students the tools to become independent and allow students to be able to determine where they are struggling.
