I have wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember! I am truly passionate about teaching and consider myself a lifelong learner. I believe that every student has the ability to learn, sometimes just in different ways. It is my goal to help students reach their full potential. I attended Keene State College in Keene, New Hampshire for my undergraduate and received a B.S. in Elementary Education and English. I recently received my Master of Arts in Teaching from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. I student taught in 4th grade, as well as held internships in 2nd and 6th grade. I'm currently a Teaching Assistant in an elementary school, which means I provide academic support to a variety of different classrooms throughout the day. I'm working towards earning my teaching certificate to teach in Connecticut. I currently am tutoring students in reading, writing, essay editing, English, as well as providing homework support. I love to read and write in my free time! I also enjoy going to the gym, shopping, and spending time with family, friends, and my cat, Bynx!
