I enjoy teaching and tutoring others because it allows me to help people achieve their academic and professional goals. I understand what a higher education can do for someone: a few years of hard work and focus on academics can result in having a lifetime's worth of tools and knowledge that can be applied to all aspects of our lives. Additionally, I have found that teaching and tutoring gives me the opportunity to learn from the students in my classes and sessions, and learning is something that makes me better at what I do.
Understanding how nature works has always appealed to me. I have an extensive education and work experience in the Natural Sciences as well as Healthcare. I enjoy doing things such as fly-fishing, gardening, cooking, and reading.
