I am a native Spanish speaker with a Physics and Math degree and am licensed to teach both. I teach at Golden View Classical Academy, a charter school in Jefferson County. I have tutored at the collegiate, high school, and middle school level for a wide range of students for over five years, ranging from middle school math and homework help through collegiate quantum mechanics. As an educator, it is essential to prepare students with the right skills not only to master the curriculum, but to facilitate progressive thinking and develop the tools to become life long learners who generate a positive impact on society.

For each student I work with, I tailor my tutoring to match their individualized needs. I have worked with students who have ADHD and students who just need additional scaffolding to optimize learning.

Q & A

What is your teaching philosophy?

For each student I work with, I tailor my tutoring to match their individualized needs. I have worked with students who have ADHD and students who just need additional scaffolding to optimize learning. Student learning is at the center of my philosophy and it must be recognized that every student may learn differently. I am patient, encouraging, well planned and supportive of all of my students.
