I am a PhD student at NC State University. I am an Economics major with a Masters degree in Economics. I have been tutoring for more than two years. I have worked with both university and private tutoring services. I believe that every student has their own learning style and it is very important for a tutor to understand that style. Therefore, I try to communicate with the students and understand their strengths and weaknesses. I then use the best approach so that my students can get the best out of tutoring sessions. My students often find me helpful and easy to communicate with. I try my best to make my students understand the fundamental concepts of the subject matter. In that process, I use a lot of examples, practice problems and materials that I have collected over the years from my learning and teaching experience. With several years of learning and teaching economics, I feel confident and excited to help students understand the subject matter.
