As someone aspiring to medical school, I know that the breadth and depth of the material involved can be daunting at first glance. However, my goal with students is help them see that the challenge can be very rewarding and actually enjoyable. I am confident that students will see that, like many other skills, the better one gets with science and math, the more they enjoy them. Ability, confidence, and enjoyment grow together organically.
I scored a 513 on the 2015 MCAT (89th percentile), with a 129 in Biological Sciences (93rd percentile) and 128 in Physical Sciences, Critical and Analytical Reasoning, and Psychology/Sociology (87th percentile).
I also scored a 190/200 on the ETS Major Field Test for the Bachelor's Degree in Business (99th percentile).
I enjoy all aspects of science and math, but have particular passion for biology because it is so directly relevant for health and well-being.
