"Multicultural," "successful," and "passionate" are a few of the words I would use to describe myself. I graduated from Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra with a Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, and am currently working towards gaining my medical license in the field of Infectious Diseases. I am also, however, very interested in languages and the beauty inherent in each culture. While in college, I began tutoring French to a small group of dedicated students. I was so proud to see them singing and writing in French after only a few short months. I am also often the one called to translate for doctors whenever we have patients who only speak Spanish.
I consider myself a bookworm, so my hobbies consist of hunting for my next book at Barnes and Nobles, or simply enjoying a rich coffee at Starbucks while sitting in front of my medical textbooks.
