"Giving students the freedom to explore and learn by themselves in the environment prepared by the teachers, the teachers give a hand when needed. The adult now is spirit prepared as a kind and patient observer." This is the spirit of the Montessori philosophy and this method impresses me deeply. I know as a teacher, our aim is to make learning a self-motivated process for the students and help them enjoy every fresh learning in front of them to reach their full potentials. Every kid has his own ability to learn and solve the problems, so we need to give them all the possible chances to help them progress. How to engage them to a project and have their attentions on it is what the teachers need to think about, but not just teaching and passing the knowledge onto them. In my mind, students' interests are very important to help them to learn.
