What is your teaching philosophy?

I am all about finding student-specific ways of learning. Once I learn how a student learns best, I can tailor tutoring sessions accordingly.

What might you do in a typical first session with a student?

Get to know them and try to find what areas they need improvement in.

If a student has difficulty learning a skill or concept, what would you do?

I would work with that student to find a way that is easier for them to understand.

How do you help students who are struggling with reading comprehension?

Take it step by step and remember that patience is key.
