As a teacher I am aware of all the multiple intelligences that students possess and I teach in a manner that benefits students individually. It is important to be diverse and creative in order to meet the needs of all students. I try different methods and keep a positive attitude. I review and reflect about what works and then incorporate what works in my future classes. As I incorporate new methods my classes improve as do I. My best quality as a teacher is perseverance. I lead by example and my students will learn not to give up. I properly assess all my students and give them feedback so that we both know where they need improvement. I know how to manage a class in manner that guarantees the best learning environment. I never waste time every minute is used to benefit my students so that they can reach the highest level of learning. I will never give up on my students and I find that they respect the fact that I care about their future. It is important to try new things and learn through constructive criticism and your own experiences; in other words I am a lifelong learner.
