I am an experienced tutor in many subjects including math, study skills, reading, writing and science. I have a strong educational background across these subjects. Currently, I am a medical student at University of California - San Francisco. My BA is in Mathematics from Smith College, and I have a Masters in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin. I really love working with people, which is why I chose medicine and why I enjoy tutoring.

I have tutored for many years through several companies/schools, and my students have found me to be both patient and fun! I enjoy working with all ages, including K-12, college and test prep. My philosophy involves working with students to identify their struggles, listening to figure out the learning approaches that work best for a student, and building self-confidence in their ability to succeed. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my dog, go running, and travel.
