I enjoy tutoring students of all ages ranging from elementary school and up to college level math. I am patient, enthusiastic and strive to help improve students' understanding of math. I specialize in Basic Math (arithmetic), Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Plane Geometry, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, and Pre-Calculus.
I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics from California State University San Bernardino where I graduated with departmental honors. Currently, I teach at multiple schools in the Inland Empire in Southern California. Additionally, I have over eight years experience tutoring students of all grade levels including but not limited to: students with learning disabilities, struggling students, as well as advanced students . Previously, I tutored elementary school students with learning disabilities for the Redlands Unified School District while working as a teacher's aide in a Special Day Class for over six years. I tutored these elementary school students in math, reading, writing, world history, and liberal arts. Their disabilities included: Attention Deficit Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Autism of different levels such as Asberger's Syndrome, English as a Second Language, and Communicably Handicapped.
