I am a prospective senior at UC Berkeley. I am a double major in Economics and Public Health, and I have a wide variety of applicable skills for tutoring! I am available to tutor the general SAT's as well as the SAT US History subject tests. Moreover, these skills carry over to many of the high school placement tests, such as ISEE, HSPT, and SSAT, which I have experience in as well. Furthermore, I have an applicable set of skills for any subjects pertaining to public health, economics or business. In conjunction, I can also provide assistance and guidance for essay writing and public speaking. My goal for teaching is to make lessons fun but also educational by teaching the foundations first and going into specifics as students become familiarized with the material. I am very flexible in terms of meeting locations, especially in Manhattan and Brooklyn and I hope to make my time with my students a rewarding and enjoyable experience because I believe that learning, if taught properly, can be an activity to look forward to.

Q & A
What is your teaching philosophy?
I think dialogue is conducive to memory and long-term learning, so my teaching philosophy is to set up a conversation with the student about how they think through each problem.
