I graduated in Brown University in 2011 after double concentrating in Political Science and Italian Studies. I completed my teaching certification program at Georgia State University in 2012 with a focus in behavioral and learning disabilities. For the past four years, I have been teaching special education at a middle school in Atlanta. This spring, I was voted Teacher of the Year.
I am available for tutoring in reading, writing, social studies, and Italian. My favorite subject to tutor is reading. I love to read and want others to help others to develop the skills and passion to enjoy a good book!
As a teacher, I love working with students. Tutoring is even better than teaching because I get to devote all my energy and focus onto one student! I look to leverage the strengths the student already has to support them in their areas of need.
When I am not teaching and tutoring, I spend my time running (I also coach track!), baking, reading, traveling, and working on puzzles.
