For the past two years, I have been a tutor with the University of Arkansas while working on my PhD in Comparative Literature. While at the University of Arkansas, I also taught writing and literature courses to all levels of college students. Through my experiences and training with the U of A,I have developed a wide range of skills that help me help my clients. When tutoring, it is my goal to help my clients develop the abilities they need to succeed in writing and literature courses. I can help with any phase of the writing process, from brainstorming and developing ideas to final revisions and editing, as well as with reading comprehension and literary analysis for literature courses and standardized tests. I use a collaborative approach to tutoring which involves working one-on-one with students to help them develop their current skill set as well as expand that skill set as needed in the fields of languages and literature.
