My name is Keturah Richardson. I graduated from Texas Womans University in chemistry. I recently received a masters in Business Administration. My goal is to to stop at the obvious but go beyond. I plan to do this by utilizing my degrees to the ultimate potential. I want to portray this potential to my students as well and show them we can accomplish it together. Everyone has obstacles, so why not overcome it with just a push. You can accomplish anything.

Ask questions to see what type of learner the student is.

Asking the student questions about the assignment to see how they interpret the information given.
How would you help a student stay motivated?
Encouraging the student is the key to motivation.

Try to explain the concept pertaining to a real life situation or close to what the student's interests are.
