I'm currently a rising Junior at Bowie State University majoring in Business with a focus on Accounting. I'm pursuing my Bachelor's and intend to take a year off for traveling before proceeding with getting a Masters degree in Accounting. I'm best at relating to students on their level and applying the subject to their personal life. Have experience with all grade school levels K-12. I offer tutoring in various math subjects, English, Business, Writing, Public Speaking, and general study skills. I find myself enjoying to all math related subjects most because of my ability to relate to those who are struggling. I strongly believe that anyone can learn anything as long as their is motivation, patience, and communication. With that said, I teach in a way that heavily relies on my partnership with the student, I encourage a comfortable environment that allows the student to say whatever he/she feels without fear of judgment or criticism. Outside of my academic life I love to play my guitar and travel. I find joy in all genres of music and a never-ending love for the enormity of the earth. I've been to three continents outside of North America and intend to visit as many countries as I am years in age for the remainder of my life. I am very understanding and out-going person who knows exactly what the frustration of confusion feels like. Fortunately, I've found ways of overcoming it. I intend to share that with as many as possible.
