I have a bachelors of science in environmental engineering from MIT. I am a professional engineer, and I currently manage environmental remediation projects for the federal government.
I am excited about the opportunity to start tutoring math. I used to tutor other high school students when I was in high school. More recently, I have mentored a high school student, and worked with students in an after school program.
I have always done well in math, and I believe I can help you do better in math in general and specifically in algebra. Although, math may be easier for some, I believe anyone can do well. It takes putting in the hard work and a willingness to see things differently.
Math is more than a class, it can open up possibilities in your life! Scoring well on standardized tests and getting high grades in school allowed me to go to two of the best universities in the country, and it could do the same for you!
Outside of work, I enjoy running, cycling, soccer, and theater. I also volunteer and participate in alumni activities. Giving back to the community is important to me.
