Every child and teen is different in their learning needs, and as a tutor, I try to recognize and work with their strengths while also finding areas that can be approved upon. I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential as a student while being patient, understanding, and creative. Communication is an absolute necessity when working with students, and I pride myself on my ability to break down challenging and unfamiliar topics into manageable, understandable information. My strengths are in ACT Reading and English prep, reading comprehension, writing, essay construction and editing, college essays, project creation, and presentations. I am comfortable working with all age groups.

A little bit about me: I am a recent graduate from Syracuse University living in the Miami area. I dual-majored in psychology and public relations and graduated with a 3.8 GPA. My coursework provided me with extensive experiences in writing, reading, and public speaking. In high school, I was always in upper-level English courses and completed AP English. I was a Literacy Corps Tutor and helped 4th grade students in-class as well as with homework. In my spare time, I love reading, hiking, relaxing on the beach, and watching college basketball!
