I currently hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Irvine. I am looking toward graduate studies in the areas of water resources engineering in the near future. Outside of my interests in the engineering world, I also enjoy tutoring. I primarily tutor subjects in math such as Algebra, Geometry and Pre-Calculus. I have previous experience tutoring both Algebra and Geometry courses while as an engineering undergraduate at the University of California, Irvine at the middle and high school levels.
It has always been a life goal for me to be able to not only learn and utilize information but to also relay that information to others. I believe that to be able to understand what you learn you must be able to teach it to someone else. Personally, I am adaptable when relaying information because everyone has their particular learning style, as I am aware of from previous tutoring experience. I can breakdown information into its necessary parts to provide a better foundation for those seeking assistance. I also bring in real world examples to problems or concepts so that the information presented doesn't seem too abstract for learners.
During my free time, I like to travel, research the latest technologies across a variety of disciplines and occasionally conduct homemade science experiments.
