I recently graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology and a minor in Disability Studies. I am currently in the midst of applying to medical school. As such, I am involved in clinical research work at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. I have tutored students throughout my years as an undergraduate and continue to do so now. I have worked with students in both the sciences and humanities, although my favorite subjects (to teach and to learn) are biology, psychology and Spanish. My teaching style varies, as I try to meet the diverse needs of each of individual student. It is fun to see my students succeed and know that I've helped them realize their full potential! In my free time, I enjoy volunteering at a local camp for children with chronic medical conditions, as well as hiking, cooking and traveling.
