My accomplishments and experiences include working as an education administrator, staff development facilitator and classroom teacher in elementary schools. I enthusiastically pursue any opportunity to guide a student to achieve his or her highest potential. Serving as a as lead teacher, interim principal in a diverse elementary school, and working as a self-contained classroom teacher afforded me hands on experience and perspectives in classroom management as well as curriculum resources for lesson planning.
Training in protocols for working with ESL learners and conflict resolution have prepared me for instructional leadership for a diverse student population. My vision is that through an environment that encourages student success, all students will reach their full potential in order to give back to society as positive productive citizens.
