I am a graduate of Polytechnic Institute of NYU, where I attained a B.Sc in Mathematics. I have been tutoring mathematics since my freshman year (2001) in university and I have been a Mathematics Instructor on the college level since I graduated in 2005. Currently, I offer tutoring services in all levels of algebra, calculus, statistics, and basic geometry. My favorite topic to tutor is trigonometry, because it is the topic in mathematics that I find most interesting. I go about teaching in a very structured and organized manner. I believe that fundamentally mathematics is about problem solving and as such I aim to present a wide variety of problems to my students to build their problem solving repertoire, and to foster deep comprehension of broader mathematical concepts. In my spare time I like to play chess or cricket, read, listen to music, and go to the gym. My favorite television shows are PBS' Frontline, Law and Order CI, and Star Trek Voyager.
