Growing up, I had a pretty significant case of ADHD. I did not have the resources available that I needed, so I learned how to deal with my disorder on my own. I’m telling you this because it has made me a student and a tutor that understands, empathizes, and has patience for those who need a bit of extra help. I genuinely LOVE learning, I study Mathematics and Statistics in my spare time, I have actually read the classics (not because they were assigned but) because I have a hunger for knowledge and truth and beauty.
My dual degrees are in Economics and Social Cultural Anthropology from UCSD which is a school ranked in the top 20 in the WORLD. Ranked 4th best in the US in Econometrics, 10th in Economics, and 10th best in Social Cultural Anthropology. As an educator in the military, to tutoring students in elementary, all the way to top tier colleges education, I would be delighted to share grow learn and teach you!
I will work diligently with you and your children to edify and to produce what their teachers and the educational system is asking of them. Together we will foster the fundamental skills to continue their learning well beyond our sessions. Patience diligence, humor and a system of combined learning is my hallmark. I work to be the best so that my students will learn from the best, and therefore become the best. I look forward to working with you.
