"Teaching, not preaching!" is my motto for every lesson. I want to help students find a real interest in learning, and I know that the most efficient way to do that is by creating a bond, and finding out what each student likes, dislikes, and wants to accomplish later on. I like to focus on the bigger picture, and find ways to apply each subject toward reaching the end goal, no matter what that is!
I've lived my whole life between Mexico City and California, and spent a year at boarding school in France, where I learned to speak French fluently. I am a complete grammar freak in all three languages, and proud of it! I love to read, watch movies and funny TV shows (Bob's Burgers anyone?). I just started doing Yoga recently - it's been a sore few weeks - and I love travelling and learning about culture and customs around the world.
Oh, and I have listened to every single episode of This American Life.
