I received my Bachelor of Arts in English from Santa Clara University. After completing my undergraduate education, I went on to study law at Boston University School of Law, where I received my Juris Doctorate. I passed the California Bar Exam in November of 2008, and have been practicing law ever since. During my senior year at Santa Clara University, I taught a number of LSAT classes for a private test prep company, and I am excited to return to LSAT tutoring with Varsity Tutors. While studying for the LSAT can be a stressful time, it can also be a fun experience. I believe it is important to tailor each tutoring session to the individual student's needs, and focus on whatever areas are most important or challenging to them. I like to approach the LSAT as a game or puzzle, and encourage students to challenge themselves to solve the questions that they find most difficult, rather than letting them become a source of frustration. Outside of work and tutoring, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, reading, hiking, and playing softball.
