I am a native Long Islander but also a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. I did my Bachelor of Arts in Physical Anthropology with a minor in Mathematics. Math is something that I have spent a lot of time tutoring. While in Texas, I tutored for my university for three years. I worked with a diverse student demographic be they Math majors or non-conventional students. Prior to and during working for my university, I tutored high school students in anticipation of their SAT exams and middle school students in anticipation of the New York Regents Exams. All my experience is not in Math though. For the past year, I lived in Busan, Korea where I taught English to elementary students. The English language and writing is something that I have a lot of passion for, so much so that I moved half way across the world to teach it! I really enjoy education so tutoring is a natural fit for me. I attempt to provide my students with a personalized experience for our sessions. Rather than just restating the material, I try to gear it to my student's specific interests.
