I am a graduate of California State University, Long Beach where I completed my Master of Science in Biology with emphasis in physiology. I received my Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of California, Irvine. I taught three years of undergraduate laboratories at CSU Long Beach in general biology, anatomy and physiology. I have also tutored general chemistry, algebra, and geometry for over a year. Biology is by far my favorite subject because it is such a broad field of study. It encompasses everything from ecology to physiology, genetics, cell, and molecular biology. I guess I’m one of those lifetime learners that’s never really satisfied with just one subject. When I’m not geeking out on science or math I love jumping in the ocean for a good surf, going to the dog park with my malamute, or watching “Dog Whisperer” on Netflix. Yes, I am addicted to happy endings.
