I graduated from UC Irvine with a B.S. in Mathematics. I grew up in the small town of Walnut, CA. I have tutored various subjects, math being my strong suit. I love all sorts of math, ranging from algebra and geometry to calculus. I have always had a knack for helping people understand math, by walking them through problems step by step and correcting any mistakes made along the way. I have been tutoring my peers since I was in 8th grade, but my first paid client was in my sophomore year in high school. Most of my tutoring is within the realm of mathematics, however I have tutored for chemistry, physics, ACT/SAT, and many more. I have a devoted dedication to my clientss and I love to see students succeed. My number one goal is to help the student understand the subject matter to the best of their ability while making my approach efficient and thorough. My client may ask for specific questions at any time if they are confused or want to focus more on something to further their understanding of a certain topic. As for my personal interests, I enjoy playing/watching basketball and baseball. My favorite teams are the Lakers and the Dodgers. I love listening to music, mostly Rock. I also enjoy photography, film, and playing video games.

Q & A

What is your teaching philosophy?

No student is unteachable. Everybody has the potential to learn; they just need to be taught with the correct approach.
