I recently graduated from Georgia Tech with a BS in Nuclear Engineering. I have had extensive experience with math and science, particularly physics. I am comfortable with teaching a wide range of subject levels.
I have taught from a middle school level all the way up to college level. In high school, part of my community service requirement for graduation involved teaching Algebra and Pre-Algebra to students who needed a little extra help in a middle school classroom. As an undergraduate, I tutored friends and fraternity brothers in Calculus 1 and 2 and Physics 1 and 2. I am skilled at explaining things with a different approach, while using similar terminology to a student's instructor, so that it is easier to follow along in class.
I enjoy traveling, scuba diving, reading, and backpacking. Additionally I am currently trying to get back into boxing.
