Tutoring review by Leah in Coatesville, PA
The student and I met today to go over the research requirements for her major communications project. She still has a lot of material to collect and examine, and we tried to identify some useful sources and contacts. We were able to locate the email address for the head of communications at a company, so she drafted and sent an email with appropriate questions. I think outlining these questions has also helped focus the type of information that she will need for this project, which will direct the type of sources she needs to consult. It was clear, after drafting the outline and going over the core aspects of the situational analysis that she will have to provide, that more research needs to be done, but I felt that we made good headway in terms of identifying the type of material that needs to be focused on.
