About Me

I am native of Florida and a certified 6th -12th social studies teacher with a BA in Sociology from UCF. I have taught in classrooms, online, and also abroad! I have even been awarded with "New Teacher of the Year", an award voted by my peers, students and admin. I have 15 years experience being certified in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and I have taught English as a second language in Indonesia and South Korea, for adult learners and minors in a classroom, as well as a private setting. (I do not tutor on any foreign languages- ONLY ENGLISH)I would love to help you to gain confidence in your English/ELA speaking, writing, and reading skills. I have an engaging and organized teaching method and I am available throughout the week for flexible booking. I offer additional homework and access to my online English learning platform for my students to practice at their own pace.
