Teachers as facilitators should be aware of students' attitudes, experiences and beliefs, and gear them towards intellectual and professional development.... I would introduce them to the concept/subject, tell them about me, and also learn about them. This will give them a level of comfort.

I have been an elementary school teacher since the year 2017. I attended Florida International University and I am also the leader for the kids ministry at my church. Learning is a lifelong journey and I am so happy I get to be a part of that journey for so many kids. :)
