• How do you select your tutors?

  We highly vet all of the tutors and live class instructors, including background checks and teaching demonstrations, and only the top 15% of people who apply to teach with us are able to. Then we monitor their session ratings and notes, as well as any notifications from a client, in order to make sure they maintain Varsity Tutors quality in all sessions with your student(s).

• What if I need fewer or more tutoring hours next month?

  We know students have different needs as the school year progresses. Your All-Inclusive Learning Membership is designed to be flexible. It can be modified by logging into your portal and accessing your membership tab. There, you can choose more hours or fewer hours for your next billing cycle.

• Can I pause or cancel my membership?

  Yes. Email us at help@varsitytutors.com or call us 7 days before the renewal date of your membership and our customer service team will help you pause or cancel your membership.

• Can other people in my household use the membership?

  Absolutely! Your entire family can benefit from your learning membership. Live classes are offered at all grade levels and include academic, test prep, languages, and enrichment options. Hundreds of different classes are offered each week and you will have access to all of them.

• Will my unused hours roll over each month?

  Each month's 1-on-1 tutoring hours replenish on your refresh date and are only usable for the month they are given. This is because we believe making full use of your hours and having regular sessions is the key to getting results.
