Student A and I went over problem set #3 again. We tackled some of the problems we had difficulty with last time. For Student B's portion, we talk about the transport of the plant hormone, auxin. There are different transporters which move auxin into and out of the plant cell. On top of that, the amount of transporters present in the cell can also have an effect over how much auxin is entering or leaving a cell. At the end of all of this, the localization auxin concentration is what determines developmentally what happens.

He said the first part of his math test went pretty well, as he was more confident and relaxed during the exam. He also had English and world history reading to do, and we discussed the material for those sections (Tartuffe and the Roman Empire, respectively).
